Observation of a common man - 2

Today while taking a morning walk, what i saw at a tobacco - cigerette shop was that there are lot of empty packets of cigerettes which are either burned away or thrown away or send for recycling for that matter, but what i feel is that the same can be reused and given to a customer who wants more than 4 cigerettes, this would help the shopkeeper not use his new pack , by emptying it and giving it.
These small shop- keepers can also do a value addition service like providing water in pots to the customer who come to them in summers or winters( warm water- can use the nearby waste to burn it).
Similarly, while taking a haircut many a times , what i have observed is that these high end saloons are not within the reach of the common man, becasue they are heavily priced, what can be done to make the customer loyal and motivate him to bring him back to the shop is that the few value added service like head massaging can be provided free of cost till such times , that the customer becomes used to the shop, and comes everytime to the same shop and through his word of mouth promotes that shop as well.
Thirdly , in banking services, what i have observed is that the FOS(feet on street), the executives working on small time canopies outside commercial , industrial and residential areas, are not properly trained, without giving pressure of learning to them , training companies should approach banks and banks should provide contracts to such Training companies, so that the less educated and less trained executives can have apt information about banking products in wholesome, and for details they can always refer them to the bank branch, which would give ample opportunity to the branch RM, to explain and cross sell few more products.
