Candidate Profile:

• Qualified CA/MBA (finance),

• confident,

• good team leader,

• good communication skills (written/oral),

Job Description:

• financial Management and financial controls

• managing cash flow, budgeting, etc, including EFC accounts

• risk management

• fund raising debt and equity

• overseas subsidiary management, compliance on Transfer Pricing

• dealing with FEMA, RBI, DGFT, realization of Export benefits

• all compliances related with import/export

• project/contract management

• audit/taxation etc and all statutory compliances
