COMMON MAN IN Lucknow, the state capital- OBSERVATION 3

CELEB FINANCIAL PLANNERS Global:
04.11.2010

After reaching Lucknow on 30th oct 2010, common man was observing all small and big problems around him which could become an opportunity of innovation , becuase as it said that "Necessity is the mother of invention".
Few observations:
Problem of LPG: Just like other, the common man had to go to get his LPG cylinder filled up at the agency godown, as his father who is 70 year old, just like other old men and women drive their own bicycle and reach at the agency to know that the gas has not come, and they will have to check tomorrow, phone no. of the agency is provided which the person who receives is doing full justice to his role and attending all possible calls, but inspite of even if the LPG cylinders come they fell short to fulfill the demand.

Solution: First of all if the demand in form of connections is known by the concerned agency , then they should have that many number of cylinders always available at the godown, secondly more staff should be put to attend call and tell people that the truck loading the cylinders has not come, also it is an open opportunity of business for all who wish to provide Door- step service in form of all kinds of  utilities not only LPG, but a common kiosk for mobile bill submission, electricity bills, credit card bills, ITR filing, etc, is also an entrepreneurial opportunity.

Public conveyance, in form of toilets availablility in tier 2 cities is still not near to average, it is just above being poor, privitization is showing scope for people who take this as an opportunity.

Waste management: The kind of waste which comes out of every household everyday in these cities is in huge stacks, and now with increasing population the space availability to dump daily waste in open plots is becoming difficult, many know but hardly think to apply and convert it into a business, these waste can be dumped in the outskirts of the city by a kaizen assembly line of supply chain management and generate power out of this waste, just like the waste is burned in sugar mills to burn and is used in furthering the process of sugar production.

Please think..rethink..multiplethinks..
